We are comfortable in both directions, and we scale the engagement to match. A small team can start with a focused architecture review, while a larger platform often begins with monitoring and observability because that work pays back fastest.
A discovery call can usually be booked within a few days of your first message. Once we agree on scope and sign a written statement of work, the first working session is typically scheduled inside two weeks. Managed platform care can start as soon as the handover inventory is complete and the escalation path is agreed with your on-call team.
Yes. The majority of our work is delivered remotely, with shared sessions, written change plans and recorded walkthroughs. We do travel when an on-site cutover or a physical hardware review genuinely calls for it, and we agree any travel in advance. The Vialetto Way office in Lehi remains the base for the practice, and clients are welcome to visit by appointment.
